Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday and 11am Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders placed Sunday will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders over £100.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

International Shipping:

• International shipping will be available in the near future.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:
